Magnificent stay!

The location was very good! It was very close to the ocean. The reception operated 24/7. The parking for the car was easily accessible. The variety of food was very diverse and fresh. The food was AMAZING!!!
The sunbeds were cheap and not that comfy.

There was a good selection of food. Guests have many meat, fish, vegetable and salad choices. Staff cleared used plates and dishes quickly. Drinks were served directly to the tables in the dining room.

Our room was large and very clean, with a great sea view. It was an ideal spot to enjoy the sunset from. Access to the beach is easy via a lift. There was plenty of space for everyone, with no need to rush to get a sun lounger.

All of the staff were very attentive and efficient all around. They are always smiling and helpful. The front desk team and the restaurant staff were always nice. Bedroom turn down service was regular and thorough.

The hotel is a great base. It is located between Câmara de Lobos and Funchal. I would highly recommend walking to both of these charming towns. It offers bus service to and from Funchal. Be sure to check the schedule.
